- Discrimination based on protected characteristics

race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status.
Nature of the Service
My Block Report provides modeled, statistical analysis of geographic areas using a user supplied location as a reference point.
When a user enters a property address, that address is used solely to anchor a geographic analysis across multiple surrounding areas, including varying radius distances (such as .5 mile, 1 mile, 3 mile, and 5 mile trade areas).
The reports generated:
- Reflect population level patterns, distributions, and modeled estimates across geographic areas
- Combine data from multiple geographic units and statistical models
- Present results that may appear localized, but remain area based and not property specific
- Do not represent actual characteristics of any specific property, household, or resident
The platform does not provide:
- Information about who lives at any address
- Data about the occupants of any property
- Verification of any individual or household characteristics
All outputs are aggregate, modeled, and non individual, even when presented at a highly localized level.
Important Context Regarding Report Content
Reports may include:
- Demographic distributions (including race, ethnicity, age, and religion)
- Economic and income statistics
- Housing characteristics and values
- Crime risk indicators
- Health and behavioral estimates
- Lifestyle and segmentation profiles
These variables describe populations within a geographic area, not individuals.
Due to statistical modeling and the use of small geographic areas, some outputs may appear highly specific. However:
- All values are estimates and modeled representations of area level conditions
- They must not be interpreted as describing any specific household or occupants of a property
Permitted Use
Reports may be used for:
- General neighborhood research
- Area level analysis and market understanding
- Informational and educational purposes

No Individual or Property Level Inference
Users agree not to:
